Processing Time Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes We ship via USPS and UPS. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly through USPS or UPS.

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Moonveil Woven Wraps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist where we can.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Moonveil Woven Wraps is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
