At Moonveil Woven Wraps, every piece is lovingly handmade and crafted with care. Because of the handmade nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at moonveilwovenwraps@yahoo.com. We ask that you include clear photos showing the damage or defect so we can make it right. Once we've reviewed your submission, we'll issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. We reserve the right to request a return in certain circumstances. We also reserve the right to refuse refund requests from customers who have previously misused or abused our damaged/defective item policy.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are created specifically for you.
